Introduction
At Ottawa Bin Services, we prioritize safety and transparency. This Liability Consent page outlines your responsibilities when renting our bins or trailers, as well as our terms regarding deposits and potential damages.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the bin/trailer is used safely and responsibly.
- Return the equipment in the same condition as received.
- Report any damages or issues immediately to Ottawa Bin Services.
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines provided during rental.
Refundable Deposit & Damage Policy
- A refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking.
- If equipment is returned without damage, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- For any damages, Ottawa Bin Services may deduct repair costs from the deposit and refund the remaining balance.
- Any damage caused will be charged to cover repair costs.
Deposit & Daily Billing Policy
For bin rentals and daily dump trailer services, a CAD 300 refundable deposit is collected on the first day of service.
The total rental amount is calculated based on the number of service days selected. This amount is automatically divided by the total number of rental days, and the applicable daily charge is auto-deducted each day during the rental period.
Once the equipment is returned and inspected, the refundable deposit will be processed according to our damage and return condition policy.
Owner Rights
- Ottawa Bin Services reserves the right to inspect all returned equipment.
- In case of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the owner may claim additional repair costs.
- Customers will be notified of any deductions before finalizing the refund.
Agreement Confirmation
By checking the “Liability Consent” box on the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them. Your acceptance ensures a smooth and secure rental experience with Ottawa Bin Services.
